Plays
In the last three years, I have written several plays that have been successfully staged in theaters. On this page, you can learn more about them. In addition to my work as a playwright, I am also active as an actress and screenwriter. My multifaceted experience is showcased on this site, highlighting my versatility in the fields of theater and cinema.
Praktika Theatre, directed by Alexey Zolotovitsky – Moscow, 2022
The text of the play touches upon the themes of self-determination of a young woman in the modern world in general and in Russia in particular, the peculiarities of the life of national minorities, the problems of the millennial generation, and harassment. The play was included in the long list of the Russian national theater award "Golden Mask, 2023", received the second prize at the Moscow Art Award, and received positive reviews from critics. The play has been invited to many festivals, including the Moscow International Solo Performance Festival, the Aksenov-Fest Literary Festival, and others.
Mobile Art Theatre, director Alexander Pronkin, producer Alexey Kiselyov – Moscow, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, 2023
A series of podcast performances in the true-crime genre about Maxim Gorky. According to the plot, the podcast host Anna Resolute investigates mysterious incidents of the XIX and XX centuries, in which Gorky was strangely involved. The plot is based on real events, fragments from Gorky's novels "My Universities" and "Childhood", memoirs and letters of the writer, his relatives, on the testimony of Henry Yagoda and Peter Kryuchkov.
The performances were created as part of the Gorky+ Festival, and are now available in the Moscow Art Theater app.
Gallery GROUND SOLYANKA, director – Katya Bochavar, curators of the poetic part – Ekaterina Troepolskaya, Andrey Rodionov – Moscow, 2024
"Cabaret +"
The play originated on the basis of poetic slams, held for many years in different cities of Russia by Andrei Rodionov and Ekaterina Troepolskaya. The performance is arranged as a poetic competition, with a lot of improvisation. The audience vote makes each issue of the cabaret unique and unpredictable.
The poetesses read their poems, combined with the texts of the presenter. This is an honest, hooligan conversation about the problems of young modern women on the topics of love, sex, alcohol, femininity, acceptance of one's own body, as well as about the place of a female poet in a modern literary context.
